Do You Have a Mission Statement?
A mission statement is extremely important especially when you are on the journey of achieving your vision statement. Without a mission statement, it’s harder to understand who you are as a business, whom you are catering to, what exactly you do and what makes you unique. When working on your mission statement make sure you are communicating those 4 things. Who are you? What do you do? How do you do it? What makes you unique? If a prospect doesn’t know then how will they become a customer?
